Not resolved

Recently got a new pair of glasses after having the last pair be defective. The last pair had problems with a glare coating that chipped off.

They fixed the problem and then the replacement had the same problem. It was time for a new pair so I just let it go. Now the new pair has a problem with speckling in the transition coating. I consider this a defect in the lens.

When I took them in, they told me that I would need to buy the protection plan at $60-70. I didn't buy the plan and will never return to an Eyemasters store.

I have worn glasses for 42 years and have never broken a pair and have never had a problem with defects. I do not feel as if I should have to pay for what I consider a failure of their product.
